If we are not emailing credit card purchase receipts, under orders, change "Invoice number" To "Purchase receipt" (covers both invoices and CC purchase receipts) AND then put a link in the top bar titled "invoices and purchase receipts"

It will save us hundreds of calls a day, both for having invoices & CC receipts emailed. We have business customers; they have to have those for their records.

To make a payment, the customer must contact customer services to obtain Quill's ACH payment details. It need to be covered in the website's help center somewhere.

Instead of telling customers to contact customer care again with their request, websites should allow users to change or cancel their orders with a countdown timer set to expire in thirty minutes.

Customers should be able to unsubscribe from Quill's promotional emails on their website, just like there is a sign-up option at bottom of the page.

Customers would find it extremely annoying to have to click the "continue to shopping" notification each time they add an item to their cart. The count should always be displayed as a preview cart symbol in the upper right corner when an item is added.

The menu on Quill.com is not sticky and a user has to scroll all the way back to the top to access reward center, sales, and reorder menu. Can this be made sticky it would be more convenient.

It would be best if done in Calabrio. Our mangers need to be able to just click a button, when they do our assessments, that says "well done" when something is held particularily well> button exports to a data file with the date and time of the call. Then once a week, automatically export that to the agent. We already can hear every call there.

Because the reason people don't like call centers (it is quite a nice job) is not the angry customers, not the way the company treats us, or the 'benefits'. The problem with call center work is that we never get anything except NEGATIVE feedback. FYI [of the literally 2,000 things you did this week], you did these 3 things were wrong.

And we don't need out names posted in group emails. We need POSITIVE feedback of what you would like to see more of.

Oh, and make that button automatically record if we can make 3 calls in a row without using ACW when we are back to back.

Is it possible to update the Maintain Digital Downloads page in OIM to be able to just auto-email the download link there when it doesn't show up online, instead of having to call CR Support every time?

My idea is to have the account number populate on automatic emails that get sent when leaving a voice mail. I had a customer email me back and I was unable to find his account number via his email nor could I find it via his company name on the email. His reply email address must not have been the same as the email address we sent the info to.

I buy on ebay quite often . I like to play with boats , trucks ect . I can buy boat props for 1/3 of what it costs me in Canada. Last summer my boats fuel pump died . I bought one local it cost $460.00 . I bought it . The pump died . I took it back and they said we are out of stock it will be a week . I said ok . We had some really nice weather heading our way I wanted to boat sooner . I went on ebay and bought a pump . The pump came way before the warranty pump came . It costed me $80 . Thats why I deal with ebay . I find with ebay I place the order then forget about it . I check the tracking ,for years The goods would alwaysused to pass through Elanger KY . Then the goods were sent to Canada not one thing ever got lost not one thing ever got damaged . Recently the goods are passing through Melrose Park Il. Any delays Ive had with ebay have been before the international hub . My idea is to sell Quill products in Canada . There are lots of Americans that are living here .in Canada logistics has been a pain point for lots of people trying to do cross border trade. I would love to be part of an ebay store featuring quill products . Also if you want to sell us swagger up in Canada try ebays platform . I dont have any experriece with Shopify . I have used Amazon for cross border purchasing and I have had snags.

For a long time Quill had Hammermill for $34.99 when you spend $125 . Recently the paper price rose to $37.99 . There are some businesses that the first thing they look at is what it will cost for the paper yes some people bean count everything but more are paper price focused . Why not try $29.99 but they need to spend $200.00 if they spend $400..00 increase the amount by 2 they can get for $29.99 for every $200.00 increase the amount .

For years, we've had to put the Future Ship date in the Maintain Order Header window. 90% of the time, more like 95%, customers tell us at the end of the order that they will be out on the day it is expected to arrive. We don't proactively ask if they are going to be in the following business day. This results in cancelling and redoing the order, taking up the customer's time and making OES messy. Could OES please be updated to allow us to enter the future ship date at the end of the order?

I call a lot of barber shops, beauty salons , nail places and they all use barbicide . A few people have mentioned cavicide is similar . Im sure you already know barbers, and hair dresser put their combs in the stuff to make it safer to share the things among people i. The stuff is used a lot and people buy it . Im sure there is a market too if you dont want to have the combs touch you out of that stuff , My grand mother used to be a hairdresser . I used to clean those things out and put new barbicide in . She gave me my own comb and it was used for years she used to sell combs to people too . Kind of gross when you think about using a comb someone else used .why not come with your own what a cool product to sell or maybe a give away of some type . your own personal comb . Something else that is totally off topic is if you drive a tesla and if you need to have your car put on a lift with out danaging the battery you need these things that look like a hockey puck to safely jack the thing up . I bought a set on amazon amazon sells barbicide too.

As more and more electric vehicles become popular equipment will be needed to charge the vehicles . The slow chargers and fast chargers EV charging is necessary just like charging your phone . Im sure everyone has their wireless phone plugged in for fear of the battery running out. Eventually EV cars will be in need of being recharged just think of being at work and thinking am I going to have enough juice to go where I need to . EV chargers in a business should be either a perk or a profit center perhaps like a slush fun , Im sure that before too long there will be places selling the devices that operate on an app where no cash is involved . What a service to provide if your a business where people have to spend time thinging not only can I charge my phone but I dont have to worry about running out of juice . I think someday there should be more ev charge stations than gas stations and phone booths .I looked on Quills web site no ev chargers , Amazon has a fairly large selection. Not popular now but wait a few years.

I spoke with a few customers about ComplyRight Federal and State (English) Labor Law 1-Year Poster Service One lady that said she had to make 8 different phone calls to get her service working like it is supposed to she now deals directly with Comply Right . These places can get a fine if their posters arent kept up to date . Its nice to sell stuff to help people and this may be a one off but she said her new posters werent coming when they were supposed to and it created a negative experience for this nice lady account 8709308 phone ciscotel://7858101133 . . Ive have experienced similar product hicups some times its better to work on a finders fee basis as long as its profitable and the customer is happy . Maybe training . Maybe the reordeing function in someones system isnt functioning like it should

Years ago, customers received a monthly flyer of about 30 pages. Each flyer had an effort code and we would sort them by effort. It's true that many customers threw them out, but we often have customers request a sale flyer. It's understandable not to print a large catalog due to prices changes and discontinued items. Could we possibly start printing a small amount of sale flyers each month and give customers the option to opt in for flyers IF they wish to do so?

After working in dotcom and assisting customers online, there is a re-occuring issue. What happends is customers will add rewards items to the cart, but the cart will show 0 items in cart. It's only when you select the cart you can see any rewards items. Can we please have rewards items appear in the cart, or at least some indication that they are pending order submission? Many customers have been confused as to where those points dissapeared to with 0 items in the cart. Thank you, Allan.

When customers type in Net 30 online to see how to get started it should also have a big box on there saying to "OPT-IN" if they want orders reported. I am getting customers calling asking if stuff is getting reported and they didn't know they had to do that.

How are ideas selected for execution?

Online votes and comments are used to help get ideas developed. Ideas that receive the most votes have a higher chance of being considered. Also, an idea may be selected because it appears to have a potential for success.

How do voting and comments work?

As a registered user, you can vote on every idea once.  A voting icon is shown next to the idea. Just click to vote on your favorites. It’s that simple.  Each vote is worth 10 points.  A vote up will add ten points and a vote down will take away 10 points.  The idea’s score can be found beneath the voting icons. The higher the points the more popular the idea is.

Read and make comments on a specific idea by clicking on an idea title.  Comment on ideas as many times as you like. There is no limit.  Comments do not earn an idea points.

Our site moderators will leave comments as well.  These users are identified with a User-added image icon.

Does every idea get a response?

Due to the amount of posts, we won’t be able to respond to every posting. If your idea is moved to the formal review step, you can expect to receive e-mail updates from us.  We will keep you informed if your idea is recommended for implementation and notify you of any status changes.

Do I get recognized if my idea is selected?

If your idea is implemented, we may give you credit on the site, but there is no monetary compensation. Take a look at our Terms and Conditions (Link customer to terms and conditions) to learn more.
