Finding how much a cst has use of their Quill cash is not simple. I just expended 45 mins or more with a cst explaining where she use her Quill cash. I believe invoices should show to the Cst how much of Qcash they have used in their order, when invoice if printed. I have to count pennies for this cst. who was very upset we were stilling her money.

Hello-the person that recently ordered through Quill is no longer with our company. Why doesn't the Points that she acquired get transferred over to the new replacement person? The Points belong to our company not the person who did the ordering. Please advise and thanks.

would love to see Dunkin Donut gift cards come back

I would like to see more boxes of individually wrapped snacks in the rewards program. Things like nuts, granola bars, fruit snacks, olives etc.... that could be put out in the employee lounge. The old rewards program used to have them on occasion.

Quill is always reaching out asking what they can do to improve their service. Quill says they are listening. But in my opinion, Quill never makes the necessary changes that makes me want to shop at Quill. Why can't you just offer an item to us at a sale price? Why must we spend $125.00 to take advantage of copy paper at $39.99, or spend $99.00 to take advantage of post-it pads for $1.00 or whatever the required amount is, in order for us to take advantage of a sale item. That's not a sale at all. Why would I spend unnecessary money like that? Quill is always trying to get us to buy their membership. I don't want to spend money on a membership. I would just like to see lower prices and better offers. Please consider making some changes that benefit all of us.

Hello, I'm in Educations sales and a customer is suggesting that the snack items/ asst snack boxes that contain nuts have a larger warning on the main image so it stands out.

Customers have come to me about prices changing while they are waiting on their POs to be approved. I think it might clear up some confusion if there was a note letting them know prices are subject to change and how to go about getting an official quote if needed.
Customers ask if there is a button that will empty their cart completely. If they build a cart and send it to their account manager for a quote, they have to go back through and delete the items from their cart one by one.

I just place a small order. I used the $10 reward. The shipping was listed as $0 and the handling was $0. When I got to checkout, the handling had changed to $5.99, so the reward was only worth $4.01. I removed the $10 reward and the handling went back to zero. I used the $5 reward and the handling stayed the same, so that's what I stuck with. Not sure if this is a glitch or something that we need to keep an eye on.

Please bring back the monthly calendar. That whole office looked forward to it every month!

Self-service is a pain point for buyers using a single profile to purchase for more than 1 account. When they go to their order history, they can only view the orders placed on the account from which they last placed a web order.
We need a drop down or other solution that will provide them with the ability to easily switch the order history view from the default billing address/account to any others.

With the new rewards program the points are way too high to get the gift cards. 3,000 points (Spend $3,000) to get a $100 gift card for example is ridiculous. Back when we had the coupons it was like spend $325 and get a $25 gift card. It's pretty much impossible to get anything good with this new rewards program. Quill is already a little high on the products to begin with. I stayed with Quill forever because of the rewards. I'm considering leaving Quill and going somewhere else cheaper. This new rewards program is horrible. And my company spends close to $2,000 a month with Quill. Please lower the points needed and I will reconsider staying. It should be more like 325 points for $25 gift card or $1,300 for the $100. Then at least its the same value as the coupons you used to let us use.

I've posted and suggested many times that your pricing is so much higher than other vendors, especially compared to WB Mason. Quill is a good company, with good products and good service, but I cannot justify paying the prices that you charge. Black flair markers #8430152 at WB Mason is $19.49 and $29.99 at Quill. Why? We are not talking just a small difference. This is huge. You call us, send surveys and ask us to order from you and join your Membership. But are you really listening to what we need? We need better and competitive pricing. Please review.

We utilize both the Quill "savings calendar" and the "Doodle calendar" - so it would be nice if they were updated/posted each month by the 2nd. It's the 13th now and January is still up there. Thanks!

It is always the more of an item the cheaper the price. Our office has a total of 6 people & we order once a month from Quill, even if we need something I wait until the following month so that I will have the $5.00 off coupon to use. It would be nice if there were other coupons that were usable even if the order was $25 or $30.

I wish that your free gifts did not expire as early as they do. Some free gifts expire after a week. We don't always order weekly.

I think I should earn Quill points regardless of whether I use a coupon. I shouldn't have to choose one or the other.

You should advertise the price match program more. I am just finding out about it today. There are many items we get cheaper from other vendors, but they don't offer coupons or such quick shipping. I think customers would buy more from Quill if they knew about the price match guarantee.

It would be nice if you had a variety each month and not just one option for gift cards! Our favorite is Starbucks. We don't have most of the restaurants and other coffee cards that you have available. And we definitely do not need any candy/cookies/stuff in the office. :)

Instead of the inexpensive "Free Gifts" and high minimum amounts.
Why not a rewards program for nicer gift or gift cards that your points collect over time- no expiration. I would love that./
